Problem we wanted to solve for Ms. Anuradha Sharda, who is a renowned Vedic Astrologer is to build trust in their audience via website. Previous website did not communicated the message which Ms. Sharda wanted to convey hence there were less course purchase from the website.

To the solve the above problems we studied our competitors website. We listing out essentials points missing in the website. User experience was a tool we used in improving the trust of a customer when they land on the website and communicate the right message. Our SEO experts and designer together brainstormed about the right CTAs and perfect placements of important elements so that website not only communicates right message but also converts. We choose WordPress as the CMS as we wanted to make is easy even for the client to update the content on the website.

The Solution

According to the color psychology we decided the website color, placed right call to actions (CTAs), added sections where SEO optimized content could be placed on the website and made sure website loads fast.

Proof is in the numbers

After the website went live, traffic Increased by 27.29% and goal completion by 67.97% with in a period of 4 months. We were able to rank the most competitor keyword for the client, "Vedic Astrologer" with 8800 search volume on 3rd position which was earlier ranking on 17th position. Number of page views and Number of sessions increased by 55.27% and 35.66% respectively. As the user experience of the website improved we saw 7.66% decrease in the bounce rate of the website
